The promotional pens that you purchase are a direct reflection of
your company or organisation. We want to ensure that your message
or identity is crisp, clean, and consistent. Although we use state
of the art printing processes, the final product will only look as
good as the artwork that we receive. For this reason, our requirements
for submitting artwork appear below. The most common obstacle in printing
your logo is artwork that has been created or submitted at low resolutions.
You can always make a large image smaller without losing quality,
rarely can you make make a small image larger, as needed for printing,
without losing quality or causing pixelation (rough edges).
Please ensure you have read the information below before submitting

Accepted Artwork Formats
Adobe Illustrator ® - (Saved as vector art)
Adobe Photoshop ® - (.eps format)
Corel Draw ® * IBM-PC only - (All text converted to "curves" and file
exported to "Adobe Illustrator EPS" format)
Macromedia Freehand ® - (All text must be converted to "curves" and
file exported to "Adobe Illustrator EPS" format)
Other Programs - Save artwork as vector in .eps format
(We may not be able to view other program files, please convert them
to adobe compatible formats, where possible.)

do not have it in the format needed!
Relax, we have you covered. We have a graphic artist, in
house, that can recreate your logo for free and add whatever else
you need to print on your items. We will recreate your logo in the
high resolution EPS format needed. It is very quick, and most logos
can be recreated in 24 hours, please remember that artwork that needs
to be converted will delay the process by 48 hours, there for if you
are ordering an express 5 or 2 service it will cause a delay.
We can not accept .jpg, .gif, .doc word files, or any other low
resolution format, unless we are converting the artwork, which will
automaticaly delay your order.
We accept artwork files via our File Upload Form or E-mail. We prefer
using our file upload form to minimize any possible delay.
Pantone® Matching System Color Chart
Some companies require Pantone Match colours to be printed as part
of the corporate identity, below is a common selection of pantone
colour we use daily, you will need to enter this on your order,
alternativly if we are printing just one colour you can request
we match the clip colour of the pen.
